With the warmer months ahead, I am crossing my fingers with every shipment that order arrives to you as I sent it. Unfortunately tallow has a very low melting point, meaning it will melt very easily. I am shipping all tallow orders from April-September with an ice pack. If your tallow arrives melted or more like a balm than whipped, don't be concerned. The balm can be used the same way as the whipped tallow; although it may have a slightly different consistency. The other option is to scoop all product out of the jar into a bowl, place in refrigerator until cool and whip with egg-beaters until the desired consistency is reached.
Please use the local pick-up option as often as possible to avoid your tallow melting during transportation.
